You can call them cupcakes if you want but they are whole wheat and made with brown sugar so they won’t be as light and fluffy as a cupcake.  On the other hand they are very sweet, more than you might expect from something called a muffin.  Best of all they are quick and easy.  Great for surprise guests or impromptu picnics.  The other thing they are great for is kids in the kitchen …
